Email will be sent to you, once our deposit has been received. Please send a copy of your PayPal deposit to our email.
Any outstanding balance can be paid in cash,( PayPal, or credit card the day of your activity, before boarding the boat. Any payments made with credit card will have an additional charge of 5% (government taxes).
Due to any adverse situation you can not attend your trip on the contracted date, you can contact us to request a ‘Change of Date’. This will be subject to availability.
If weather conditions are not appropriate the day of your activity, we will reschedule your activity for the next available date with favorable conditions.
If weather conditions do not clear up during your stay in Punta Cana, 100% of your deposit will be return.If you cancel your trip 48 hours prior to departure date, 100% of your deposit will be refunded.

Private transportation is just 30 dollars Roundtrip if you are staying inside Cap Cana Resorts.

If you are staying at any hotel located in Bavaro or Punta Cana (30 minutes from Marina Cap Cana), there will be an addition US $50 for a round trip private transportation.

If you have your own transportation, you can drive directly to Fishing Lodge at Marina Cap Cana.

Pick-up will be done through the Main Lobby. If you are staying at the HARD ROCK Hotel, your pick-up will be through the Excursion Lobby.
